We answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns and refunds, and we would rather hear from you early than late.

Before you write

• If it is about an order, quote the order number. It is on the order's own page under My orders and on every email we send about it.
• If it is about a delivery that has not arrived, check the order page first - it shows where the order has got to and when each step happened.
• If you want to send something back, you do not need to write to us at all: open the order under My orders and choose Return items. Our return policy explains what comes back to you.

When to expect an answer

We aim to reply within one working day, and within seven at the outside - the same window our privacy policy commits to for questions about your data.
