Return and refund policy
Last updated 15 September 2026
If something is not right, you can send it back. This page says exactly when you can, how to do it, and what you get back - including the two parts people are most often surprised by, which are about the delivery charge and the Pay on Delivery fee.
What you can return
-
Within 7 days of delivery. The clock starts on the day the parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered. After that the order is closed and the Return items button is no longer shown.
-
Items that are marked returnable. Whether a product can be sent back is stated on its own page, before you buy, and it is fixed at the moment you order - if we change a product's setting afterwards, your order keeps the terms it was bought under.
-
Part of an order, not only the whole of it. You can send back one item out of three, or two of the four you bought of something, and keep the rest.
-
The item should come back in the condition it arrived in, with its packaging where the packaging is part of the product.
How to send something back
- Open the order under My orders and choose Return items. The button appears only while the order can actually be returned, so if it is not there, the window has closed or nothing on the order is returnable.
- Pick the items and the quantities you are sending back, and tell us why.
- Photos are optional. They help when something arrived damaged or wrong, and there is nothing to photograph when a parcel arrives empty - so we ask for them rather than require them. Up to four.
- We review the request and either approve it or explain why not.
- Once approved we arrange the pickup and tell you when it is scheduled.
- When the item reaches us and we have checked it, we send the refund.
You can follow all of that under My returns, and we notify you at each step.
What you get back
- What you actually paid for the items - the price after any discount that was applied to them, plus the GST charged on that amount. If a coupon reduced the price, the refund is of the reduced price, because that is what left your account.
- The delivery charge only if the whole order comes back. Send back part of an order and the delivery is not refunded: the parcel was delivered, and delivery is what the charge paid for.
- Not the Pay on Delivery fee. That fee paid for collecting cash at your door, and that collection happened. It is not refunded on a partial return or on a full one.
- If an item comes back damaged or incomplete, we may refund less than the full amount. We tell you the figure and why before we send it.
How the money reaches you
- If you paid online, the refund goes back to the card, account or UPI ID you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else - that is a rule of the payment system, not ours. Your bank then takes its own time, usually 5-7 working days, to show it.
- If you paid cash on delivery, there is nothing to send it back to, so we ask you for bank details and transfer it.
Withdrawing a request
You can withdraw a return you have raised, from the return's own page, for as long as we have not yet approved it. After that the pickup is already being arranged, so ask us instead.
Cancelling before it ships
If an order has not been dispatched yet, contact us and we will cancel it - there is no need to wait for the parcel and send it back, and anything already paid is refunded in full. Once the parcel is with the carrier, a return is the way back.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Raise the return as above and say what happened - photographs help here more than anywhere else. A damaged or incorrect item is our mistake to fix, and you are not out of pocket for it.
