Account
How do I sign in?
With your mobile number. We send a one-time code to it and that code is the whole sign-in - there is no password to remember. Codes are limited to three in five minutes, so if you ask for several in a row you will be asked to wait.
My code has not arrived.
Wait a few seconds and use Resend on the same screen - a new code replaces the old one, so only the latest one works. Check the number on screen is the one you meant to type: a mistyped number sends a real code to somebody else.
Can I change the number I sign in with?
Not yet. The number is the credential the whole shop signs you in with, so moving it needs a code sent to the new one, and that flow is still being built. Use the contact page meanwhile and we will do it for you.
Delivery
Do you deliver to my pincode?
Enter it in the delivery box at the top of any page and we will tell you straight away. Coverage is decided by pincode, and checkout refuses an address we cannot reach rather than taking the order and disappointing you later.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on where the parcel is going and which delivery option you pick, and the exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay. Some options are free above an order value; where that applies the cart tells you the threshold and how far away from it you are. Our shipping policy has the detail.
When will my order arrive?
The date shown against the delivery option you choose, counted in plain calendar days from the day you order - there is no separate packing time added behind the scenes. It is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Orders
How do I know my order went through?
Every order gets its own page under My orders, and we notify you as it moves - when the payment is confirmed, when it is dispatched and when it is delivered. If you do not see the order on that page, it was not placed.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Before it is dispatched, yes - use the contact page and quote the order number, and we will cancel it and refund anything already paid in full. Once the parcel is with the carrier, a return is the way back.
Do I need an account to buy something?
You can browse and fill a cart without one. Placing the order needs an account, because an order has to belong to somebody who can track it and return from it - and creating one is your mobile number and a code, on the checkout page itself.
Payment
How can I pay?
By UPI, card or netbanking through our payment gateway.
Pay on Delivery is also available where the destination pincode and the delivery option both support it - checkout is the place that answers that for your address.
Are my card details safe?
We never see or store them. Online payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway on its own systems; what comes back to us is an identifier, an amount, a method name and whether it succeeded.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. Order as little as you like.
Returns
How long do I have to return something?
7 days from the day the parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered. The Return items button appears on the order only while the return can actually be made, so if it is not there, the window has closed or nothing on the order is returnable.
How do I send something back?
Open the order under My orders, choose Return items, pick the items and quantities, and tell us why. Photographs are optional and help most when something arrived damaged or wrong. You can follow the request under My returns.
Do I get the delivery charge back?
Only if the whole order comes back. Send back part of an order and the delivery is not refunded: the parcel was delivered, and that is what the charge paid for. The full rules are in our return policy.
When do I get my money?
We send the refund once the item has reached us and been checked. If you paid online it goes back to the card, account or UPI ID you paid with - we cannot send it anywhere else - and your bank then takes its own time, usually 5-7 working days, to show it.
